The “I'm sorry, but that seems unfair.” responses are the classic “What the heck is it, do you really have some sort of issue that makes you unable to use Office 365 that requires me to contact you?” And just to add a bit of sarcasm to the mix. “We would appreciate an opportunity to address your concerns through our Customer Success department. We've provided you with a copy of the Microsoft Customer Success Guide.” There is simply no excuse for that response.
